Who we are

AXONARC47 Intelligence (“AXONARC47”, “we”, “us”) is an AI consultancy that helps small and medium-sized businesses automate operations, deploy AI assistants and agents, and connect their data. This policy explains what personal information we collect through axonarc47.com (the “website”), how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, work email, company name, company website, company size, the services you are interested in and your message. When you book a call we receive the details you enter in the booking form.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. This is used to keep the website secure and working.

Our free tools. The calculators in 47 Labs run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us or stored.

How we use information

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, prepare and run strategy calls, send proposals you ask for, deliver and support services you buy from us, keep the website secure, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Cookies and analytics

The public website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress sets functional cookies only for people who log in to manage the website.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address. If we add analytics or other tools in the future, we will update this policy before they go live and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Sharing with service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for that purpose. These include our website hosting provider, our email provider, Calendly (for booking calls) and, when you become a client, the software tools we agree to use for your project.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business. We never sell or rent your personal information.

Data retention

We keep inquiries and related emails for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and keeping our software up to date. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@axonarc47.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Depending on where you live, including some U.S. states such as California, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. We will honour those rights as the law requires and will not treat you differently for using them.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will make them clear on this page.
